The internal core of the product makes up 90% of the structure of and the two sheets of aluminium are bonded onto the core during the manufacturing process. Once bonded, it is virtually impossible to separate the layers of material. ACM is extremely dimensionally stable and offers a virtually flat surface for rainscreen facade applications.
ACM is a very versatile material, it can be fabricated to form both secret and exposed fixing cladding systems. It can easily be designed to integrate with glazing systems and is ideal for both new build and refurbishment projects.
